Process

The process of execution of documents gets completed in FOUR easy steps:

Registration of retail (Individual) user can be completed by signing in at home page, or through Gmail or Facebook Id.

User needs to activate his profile by completing KYC through Digilocker.

Only the active user profiles can initiate the process of execution of document.

The user has to choose correct state where stamp duty is payable, the amount of Stamp duty payable and the document type.

Thereafter user needs to provide of information as per the requirement of document selected.

Option to seek consent of counter party provided to avoid any miss-communication later.

Once the document is mutually agreed, user needs to initiate payment.

Stamp duty and other charges will be displayed to the user.

Upon successful payment, eStamp number and Digidoc unique document reference number will be displayed.

The final step of document execution is embossing of digital signature on the document for which email link will be sent to parties in pre-decided sequence.

Once all the eSigns are done, executed document will be available in the dashboard of the user.

Help / Raising Tickets

FAQ on StockHolding Digidoc is available under the help Section. In case user is facing any issue in completing the transaction, user can raise ticket. For doing so, the user will need to choose the transaction, the step where he is facing problem and can describe the problem. We assure you of attending to it immediately. User can keep track of his raised tickets and can close the ticket once the problem is resolved.
