As per NSDL guidelines for individual beneficiary accounts, if account holder(s) have either not opted for nomination or do not wish to nominate against their BO account, they are requested to submit Declaration Form duly signed by all the account holders immediately.

Those who wish to nominate, kindly submit the documents as per Annexure JA for nomination (NSDL)

As per CDSL guidelines for individual beneficiary accounts, if account holder(s) have either not opted for nomination or do not wish to nominate against their BO account, they are requested to submit the nomination form by selecting the appropriate option on the form duly signed by all the account holder(s) immediately.

Also those who wish to nominate, are requested to submit the nomination form duly filled and signed by all the holder.
