Maintenance
Change in Permanent/ Correspondence address 
A request letter (format available on the site) duly filled and signed by all the holders along with photocopy of proof of identity and proof of new address of all the holders is required. The client or the authorized bearer (along with his proof of identity) should visit our branch. The copy of the latest transaction statement received from SHCIL is also required. The client or the bearer has to bring the originals for verification.
 
Change in Signature  
A request letter (format available with the branch) duly filled and signed by all the holders. The new signature to be attested by the bank. The holder requesting for change in signature should visit our office personally along with the request with valid proof of identity and copy of the latest transaction statement received from SHCIL. The holder has to put his new signature once again in the request form in front of our staff.
Change in Standing Instruction 
For recording any change in the standing instruction (for receiving direct credits) in the demat account, we require a letter duly signed by all the holders.
Change of Telephone Number 
A request letter duly signed by all the holders, with a photocopy of the latest telephone bill and proof of identity of one of the holder/s..
Updation of Mobile Number, SMS facility and E-mail id 
A request letter duly filled and signed by all the holders in the prescribed format (available on the site) to be submitted.
Updation of PAN
A request letter duly signed by the holders mentioning the PAN details along with the copy of PAN card. The client or the bearer has to bring the originals for verification.
Updation of Financial details
A request letter duly filled and signed by all the holders in the prescribed format (available on the site) to be submitted.
Accounts with Power of Attorney
These accounts can be operated either by the client or by the POA Holder/s. In case the client has given the POA in favour of two or more persons, then the mode of operation of the POA holders is also to be mentioned.
Revocation of Power of Attorney details 
In case the client is willing to revoke the power of attorney in his account, a letter to that effect clearly mentioning the revocation of power of attorney from the account shall be given by the client duly signed by all holders.
